
Baked Chicken in Orange Almond Sauce
16 Oz. Skinned and Boned Uncooked Chicken Breasts, cut
into 4 pieces
1/2 Cup Unsweetend Orange Juice
3 Tbsp. Orange Marmalade Spreadable Fruit
2 teas. Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
1/2 teas. Watkins
Almond Extract
1 Tbsp. Watkins
Onion Flakes
1 teas. Watkins
Parsley Flakes
2 Tbsp. (1/2 Oz.) Chopped Almonds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8"x 8"
baking dish with Watkins
Cooking Spray. Evenly arrange chicken pieces in prepared baking dish. In a
small bowl, combine orange juice, spreadable fruit, grapeseed oil, almond extract, onion
flakes and parsley flakes. Drizzle orange mixture evenly over chicken. Evenly sprinkle
almonds over top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set
for 5 minutes. Divide into 4 servings.
Each serving equals: 189 calories, 5 gm
fat, 24 gm protein, 12 gm carbohydrates, 80 mg sodium, 26 mg calcium, 0 gm fiber
