Barbecue Cups II

Watkins Cooking Spray
1 10-oz. Package Biscuit Dough
1 teas. Watkins Grill Seasoning
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Watkins Honey Barbecue Sauce Concentrate
3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray muffin tin cups with Watkins Cooking Spray. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Press each biscuit into a muffin cup; set aside. In large skillet, combine grill seasoning and ground beef. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until meat is browned; drain grease. Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, and Barbecue Sauce Concentrate. Spoon the meat mixture into dough in muffin cups mounding slightly. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges of dough are golden brown. Place cups on a plate. Sprinkle with cheese then cover loosely with foil for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Serve hot. Makes 10 Barbecue Cups.
