Banana Cheesecake
Two 8 Oz. Packages of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 teas Watkins Vanilla, Original
Double-Strength
1-1 1/2 teas. Watkins
Banana Extract
2 Eggs
Ready Made Chocolate or Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1/2 Bag of Chocolate Chips
Small Bag of Chopped Walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle approx. 1/3 cup of
chocolate. chips and 1/3 cup chopped nuts over bottom of crust. Mix together cream cheese,
sugar, vanilla & banana extracts. Add eggs and blend until creamy. Pour into crust and
bake 40 minutes or until center is set. Take out of oven and sprinkle top with approx. 1/3
Cup chocolate chips. Wait a minute or two for them to melt, then spread. Cool to room
temperature, then refrigerate.
