
Baked Cajun Chicken
By adjusting the quantity of Cajun Pepper used, you can
make as spicy as desired.
2 Lbs. / 908 g Meaty Chicken Pieces, skin removed
Watkins Cooking Spray
2 Tbsp. / 30 ml Nonfat Dry Milk
1 1/2 teas. / 7.5 ml Watkins Cajun Pepper, or to taste
3/4 teas. / 4 ml Watkins Garlic Granules
1/2 teas. / 2.5 ml Watkins Onion Granules
1/2 teas. / 2.5 ml Watkins Thyme
Freshly Ground Watkins Sea Salt, to taste
Rinse chicken, pat dry. Spray a 13 x 9 inch / 33 x 23 cm
baking dish with Watkins Cooking Spray. Arrange chicken, meaty sides up,
in dish. Brush with milk. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over
chicken. Bake at 375 F / 190 C for 45 to 55 minutes or until chicken is tender and no
longer pink. Garnish, if desired, with sliced red, green or yellow chili peppers. (Makes 4
servings)
