
Albuquerque Turkey Salad
2 Cups Bite-Size Pieces Cooked Turkey
1 Cup Bite-Size Pieces Green Apple
1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
2 Tbsp. Light Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Light Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. Watkins Chile Powder
1/2 teas. Watkins Celery Seed
1/4 teas. Watkins Sea Salt
1/2 teas. Watkins Black Pepper
1/2 teas. Watkins Garlic Powder
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve on a bed of
lettuce leaves arranged on salad plates. Serves 4.
